RENTAL RATES & DATES
For current rental rates and available dates, please contact Jim Crofoot.
Weekly rentals beginning on Friday after 3 PM and ending on Friday by 10 AM are the most common. Longer and shorter rental periods are possible, as well as different starting and ending days. Check with Jim for availability.
There is an additional 9% Maine Sales Tax and a cleaning fee of $250. Security Deposit will be included when booking or on November 1st (whichever is later).
NOTE: For 9 or more guests, there will be a surcharge on rental rates, plus $100 added to the cleaning fee.
Pets may be considered for an additional fee of $100 per pet, per week.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
We create a rental contract between Random Ridge and each rental party. Payment of 10% is be due at the time of your reservation or by November 1, 2018 (whichever is later). Payment of 30% is due February 1, 2019 and the balance due approximately 30 days prior to your rental period.
Cancellation Policy: Any payments received prior to cancellation will be forfeited unless Random Ridge is rented to another party for that contracted time period. If the rent paid by the second party covers the amount contracted, the payments made will be returned. If the amount paid by the second party is less than the amount contracted, the balance due remaining will be deducted from the payments made and remaining balance will be returned.
